Victory Smokehouse
About us
Founded in 1946 by Alphonse DeLamielleure, the Victory Inn obtained its name in recognition of our country’s WWII victory.
Alphonse and Mary DeLamielleure raised 10 children while tending to the family business. Their youngest son Joe played professional football in the NFL; 8 years with the Buffalo Bills and 5 years with the Cleveland Browns. Joe was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2003. Today the Victory Inn is owned and operated by DeLamielleure grandchildren including Jim, Bev, Kathy, and her husband Ken.
The Victory Smokehouse was started with a simple idea: To offer an unmatched authentic BBQ experience in an area with nothing similar.
We create world-class BBQs through an extremely simplistic method. Using only aged hardwoods and custom hand-built, reverse-flow smokers - we embody everything that is authentic American barbecue.
Nowhere in our process will you find propane burners or electric smokers being used. We take the time to ensure that every step of our smoking process is true to the ways that originally made barbecue an American staple.
